Alternative Channel Coordinating Emergency Support Association Incorporated, knowly as (ACCESS – 5 Inc.) is an association of Ham Radio Operators on Region VIII registered as a non-stock and non-profit organization with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC. Registration No. CNO 95-000334 dated December 6, 1995, affiliated with the Philippine Amateur Radio Association (PARA) under PARA affiliation No. 0142-96 and accredited, with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) under NTC Accredited No. 0133-96 and duly licensed to operate under station No. 103311.
ACCESS – 5 Inc. was envisioned and organized with the following objectives:
1. To establish an organization among amateurs and enthusiasts for mutual support and development.
2. To facilitate the delivery of support mechanism, thereby enriching its members potentials and capabilities.

| Radio Equipment
Since we are an Amateur Radio Emergency Service program, we are always looking for donations of radio equipment. There are various types of equipment that we are looking for and that we can utilize. If you have some old equipment that you no longer need or want, please consider donating them to use for our use. We will accept almost all types of radio equipment and if we are unable to use it, we will pass it along to someone that can.
Please use our donation submission form to provide us with information regarding the equipment that you wish to donate. This will allow us to determine if we will be able use it or will be able to pass it along to someone else. It also gives us the information that we need to setup a time to receive this gift from you, that is workable for you and our donation team.
There are all kinds of radio equipment that can be utilized for emergency communications and we have provided a list of items that we need the most and items that we will accept . If you have something that might fit into one of the below mentioned groups, please contact us and we will let you know for sure.
The following is a generic list of items that we are in need of:
• Mobile Units - similar to the one pictured above, that operate on amateur radio bands
• Base stations - to be used and placed in fixed locations, operating on amateur radio bands or commercial bands.
So if you are an amateur radio operator looking to get rid of old equipment, a former amateur operator wishing to dispose of your rig, or have radio equipment that you wish to donate, please send us your information and we will contact you as soon as possible.

GREETINGS!
This year, we will be celebrating the 76th Anniversary of the Philippine Amateur Radio Association Inc., at the Boy Scouts of the Philippines covered court at No.181 Natividad Almeda-Lopez, Ermita, Manila across SM Manila on November 22, 2008.
It is for this occasion that I am inviting everyone to join us in the celebration of the said event which has been a tradition to renew our friendships and meet new amateur members from all over the country. A minimal fee of P50/person will be collected, and this will be used to defray expenses covering tables, chairs, sounds and other miscellaneous items.
We look forward to seeing you on this occasion and we thank you also for your continued support of the Philippine Amateur Radio Association.
May we also invite you to participate in the flea market/swap meet by bringing your ham radio gear/accessories that might be of interest to other hams.

REGISTRATION FEE P1,500.00; P1,300.00 for Early Registrants until March 2009, Inclusive of Meals (2 Breakfast, 2 Dinner and 1 Welcome Drink and 4 Snacks), Souvenir Items & Tour.
Hotel accommodations may be arranged directly by the participant with the hotel management concerned (please see attached available hotels and lodging houses in the vicinity and their corresponding rates). The host club may be requested to assist in the arrangement of hotel accommodation.

For rf users in Pangasinan, you can access DX2AAA base at 144.840 pl 88.5 simplex or 144.840 minus .600 pl 88.5 duplex. DX2AAA base may be accesed directly through the CNARN TRIARC conf servers By way of addendum, for those pinoyhams from without DU who are tuned/connected to conference PBI, you may throw inbound traffic to Pangasinan (DX2AAA BASE in Pangasinan) through our DX2AAA link ISABELA throught the courtesy of DV2RVT Rolly or papa Alex N6lex. This also holds for pinoyham stations tuned to DX-PINOY conference, you may reach DX2AAA base, through the courtesy of ka Alex/DU2DAQ or Gody/Kl1ke Alaska. Thus, the emergency 'libreng tawag sa DX2AAA' apply for inbound traffic from without DU ( from U.S. DUBAI, JAPAN etc) or from within DU .. to the Pangasinan area via digitel line or via text to anyone, elsewhere in the Philippines.
